Participation Of 81,768 Students In SEE Examinations In Madhesh Province

In Madhesh Province, 81,768 students are registered for the SEE examinations.

This year, 2080, most students from Dhanusha district are taking the Secondary Education Examination (SEE), which commences on Chaitra 15. The Directorate of Education Development, Janakpur, has reported that 81,768 students from Madhesh Province will sit for the SEE starting from Chaitra 15.

Among the eight districts of Madhesh province, Dhanusha has the highest number of students participating, while Saptari has the lowest. Specifically, 12,214 examinees are from Dhanusha, 10,923 from Siraha, 9,431 from Mahottari, 10,896 from Sarlahi, 9,469 from Rautahat, 9,444 from Bara, and 10 from Parsa. According to the Directorate of Education Development, 9,323 examinees will participate from Saptari.

Dilip Kumar Thakur, the Director of the Directorate of Education Development in Janakpur, mentioned that preparations for the examination are progressing rapidly. Thakur stated that 295 examination centers have been designated across the eight districts, with 7,658 staff members, including 295 center coordinators, 530 assistant center coordinators, 4,092 inspectors, 817 examination assistants, and 1,639 office assistants.

Director Thakur noted that preparations are nearly complete, with answer sheets and question papers already dispatched to the district police offices in all districts of Madhesh Pradesh. He also stated that the examination will be conducted in a disciplined, orderly, and systematic manner under the supervision of the Chief District Officers of the eight main districts through the District Examination Coordination Committees.

Additionally, Director Thakur informed that a provincial-level monitoring team, composed of representatives from the Ministry of Education and Culture, the Directorate of Education Development, and Education Training Centers, will be established to conduct inspections.
