One Cover Private Limited, a leading cybersecurity firm, has partnered strategically with Liberty College, Anamnagar, to establish a Cyber Security Help Desk. This collaboration marks a significant advancement in enhancing cybersecurity education and awareness at Liberty College, which is owned and managed by Global College and offers IT programs affiliated with Pokhara University.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Chiranjibi Adhikari, CEO of One Cover, and Dr. Dev Raj Paneru, Academic Director of Liberty College, in a ceremony attended by Executive Director Nava Raj Bhandari, Principal Pradeep Parajuli, Academic Head of IT Dr. Sameer Kharel, alongside teams from both organizations and representatives from national media outlets.
The initiative aims to create a safer digital environment for Liberty College by providing comprehensive cybersecurity resources and training for students, staff, and faculty. The key features of this collaboration include:

The help desk will provide essential support and guidance on cybersecurity matters, ensuring access to resources for safe digital navigation. It will also offer immediate assistance to those affected by cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely and effective responses. -

One Cover will assist in identifying, managing, and resolving cybersecurity incidents, protecting the college’s digital infrastructure. A standardized Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will be developed to streamline incident handling processes. -
Educational Workshops:
To enhance the college community's cybersecurity knowledge, regular workshops on cyber hygiene, threat detection, incident response, and data protection will be conducted. -
Intensive Bootcamps:
These programs will provide in-depth training and hands-on experience with advanced cybersecurity techniques and tools, preparing participants for real-world challenges. -
Conferences and Summits:
Jointly hosted events will bring together experts, students, and professionals to discuss current trends and solutions in cybersecurity, fostering continuous learning and innovation.

The MoU will remain in effect for a specified duration, with options for termination and amendment detailed within the agreement. Both parties have committed to maintaining the confidentiality of shared sensitive information.
