The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology of Nepal has commenced disciplinary actions against individuals identified in the "Medical Education Investigation Commission Report of 2074." This development marks a crucial step in addressing long-standing issues within the country's medical education sector

The individuals recommended for disciplinary action by the report are currently employed across various universities and other public bodies. The Ministry has taken proactive steps by notifying relevant institutions, including the Medical Education Commission, Tribhuvan University, and Kathmandu University, urging them to advance the disciplinary proceedings against the implicated individuals.

The ministry has already sent the report to the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission to carry out the necessary investigation on the people against whom actions have been recommended.
