Nepal Sanskrit University's Examination Control Office has issued an important notice regarding its sixth convocation ceremony, inviting eligible graduates to apply. The ceremony will be held at the University's Central Office in Beljhundi, Dang.
Students who have successfully passed their Shastri, One Year B.Ed., Ayurved Chikitsa Shastra (B.A.M.S.), Acharya, and Vidyavaridhi (Ph.D.) examinations from 2077 BS to 2079 BS are eligible to participate.

- Application forms can be obtained from the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Beljhundi, Dang, or the Examination Section of Valmiki Vidyapeeth, Kathmandu.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs, a photocopy of the citizenship certificate, a photocopy of the transcript, and, for Ph.D, a photocopy of the degree certificate must be attached to the application form.
The convocation fees are as follows:
- Shastri: NPR 1,000
- Acharya: NPR 1,500
- One Year B.Ed.: NPR 1,200
- B.A.M.S.: NPR 2,000
- Ph.D.: NPR 3,000
Additionally, a gown deposit of NPR 2,200 is required for all participants. The total amount, including the gown deposit, must be deposited into the Rastriya Banijya Bank account of Nepal Sanskrit University, Beljhundi, with account number 4650100000100509. The bank voucher must be attached to the application form.
Important Instructions for Graduates:
- A press number (coupon) must be obtained for accepted applications.
- Names (first and father's) must be clearly written in both Nepali and English on the application form, as registered with the university.
- Students who have passed more than one degree must submit separate application forms for each.
- Applications that are incomplete, lack the prescribed fee, or whose names are not on the press list will not be accepted.
- For those who wish to receive their certificates without attending the convocation, separate fees apply: Shastri (NPR 1,500), Acharya (NPR 1,500), B.Ed (NPR 1,500), B.A.M.S (NPR 2,000), and Ph.D. (NPR 3,000). These fees must be paid after the convocation.
- Attendees are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and food expenses.
- When returning the gown, the original receipt must be presented. A deduction of NPR 200 will be made from the deposit for gown maintenance.
- Students who are absent from the convocation but have paid the fees for participation must repay the certificate fee if they wish to collect their certificate later.
- The original certificate must be collected within one year of the convocation date.
- The university is also preparing to introduce an online system for convocation applications, with further information to be provided once finalized.
