Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC), Bansbari, Kathmandu, has announced the form-filling dates for the eleventh licensing examination for Master (Specialization), Bachelor (First), and Certificate Level (Second).

New examinees can apply online through the New Registration Section on the Council's official website (http://nhpc.gov.np) after depositing the amount in the specified bank accounts.
Important Notes:

Candidates who passed the exam in the first to fifth name registration certificate exams conducted by the council must create a new Gmail ID and apply within the specified dates to join the exam again. If an examinee applies using the old Gmail ID and fails to take the exam, they will be held responsible.
- Candidates who participated in the name registration certificate exams from the sixth exam onwards and are retaking the exam in the tenth name registration certificate exam must deposit the fee in the council's bank accounts within the specified dates. They should fill the form using their old Gmail ID via the Login Section on the council's website [nhpc.gov.np](http://nhpc.gov.np) and upload the bank receipts.
- Examinees should verify their old vouchers with the council before filling the online form. If the form is not verified with the old voucher, the examinee will be responsible.
- All examinees must apply within the dates specified by the council. The council will not respond to applications submitted after the deadline.
