On Shrawan 32, 2080, in accordance with the goal of converting Mid-West University into a digital institution, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Dr. Nanda Bahadur Singh, successfully concluded the 'Dream Project' known as the 'Development of Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERPS), Education Management Information System (EMIS), Learning Management System (LMS), 35 Websites and Mobile Applications for Mid-West University'. The fulfillment of the project marks a significant milestone in the university's transition. During a formal event attended by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Nanda Bahadur Singh, and Registrar Prof. Dr. Narayan Prasad Paudel, representing Mid-West University, as well as Dr. Sambidhan Acharya, representing Meeting Point Private Limited—the company responsible for crafting the aforementioned systems—the Handover and Takeover certificates were formally endorsed.
The representatives from the development company showcased a comprehensive demonstration of all the systems created as part of the previously mentioned project. This demonstration took place in the presence of Mid-West University officials. Following the successful completion of this presentation, the task of transferring responsibilities was effectively carried out.

Led by Dr. Sambidhan Acharya, a holder of a PhD in Information Technology from the renowned Yale University in the United States, a dedicated team has effectively crafted these systems. Once these systems are deployed, they will position Mid-West University as the pioneering fully digital and paperless institution in South Asia. The integration of these systems will not only cultivate technological camaraderie within the university but also stand as a formidable defense against corruption. Additionally, every process will transition to being transparent, resilient, streamlined, and influential.
