Kathmandu Model College launched "Communiventure," an exciting three-day event aimed at promoting communication skills and entrepreneurial ventures among students. The program, scheduled for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of Shrawan, promises to be a thrilling carnival and expo, packed with educational events, workshops, and competitions.
The primary objectives of Communiventure are to provide students with a platform to learn basic marketing tactics, groom middle-level managers for the economy, enhance communication and leadership skills, and foster self-awareness. This interactive learning environment aims to encourage collaboration, innovation, and critical thinking.
The event kicked off with a public speaking competition, where participants showcased their eloquence, self-confidence, and English communication skills. Winners of this competition will be awarded a trophy and a cash prize of NPR 3000, while the runner-up will receive NPR 2000.
Another thrilling activity is the Observation Study competition. Participants are required to analyze and present their findings based on a provided documentary, with judges evaluating their presentation skills and analysis.
In the "Tag the Brand" and "Marketing Lingo" contests, participants must showcase their knowledge of popular brands, slogans, and jingles, fostering creativity and strategic thinking. The "Mad Ad" competition allows teams to perform on stage, creatively promoting a product to the audience, testing their acting, improvisation, and marketing skills.
Communiventure is expected to leave a lasting impact on the participants, enabling them to develop essential skills for their personal and professional growth. By promoting teamwork, networking, and industry exposure, the event aims to nurture future marketpreneurs.
With a diverse range of activities and competitions designed to challenge and engage students, Communiventure promises to be an exciting journey of learning, collaboration, and innovation. The Communication Club and Entrepreneurship Club are committed to making this event a grand success, and with the support of teachers and students, they envision an inspiring and transformative experience for all.
