Please tell us about your background, in terms of your School Education.
I studied at St. Xavier's School, Jawalakhel from 1999 through 2008 inclusive before enrolling at Rato Bangala School , Patan Dhoka in mid-2009 after passing S.L.C.
Why did you choose to do A-levels ?
A Level is certainly a course superior to and with far better international recognition than the ubiquitous 10+2 course, the only other significant option in Nepal.
Any challenges you faced while you were studying or preparing for the Exams?
Because an important American standardized test immediately preceded the final CIE GP examination and because a few more were to follow it, I was unable to put any significant effort into its preparation during the weeks that led to it. The lack of intense preparation immediately before the examination notwithstanding, it was nevertheless clear to me that I would perform exceptionally partly because of the commendable industry of the GP instructor at Rato Bangala School who successfully completed the difficult task of teaching writing in English language to students who are already among the best users of the language in the country and partly because of my awareness that my proficiency in formal English composition is not ordinary.
Where and what would you like to study?
I wish to pursue a rigorous technical course in electrical engineering in the U.S. or Germany.
What is your ultimate ambition?
The ultimate ambition is to be able to reminisce in my dotage on an illustrious life spent accruing great personal prestige and erudition.
Where do you see yourself after 20 years time?
In two decades, I see myself at or rapidly nearing the zenith of my professional endeavours from where I may attract covetous eyes from novices and equals alike.
