Tribhuvan University has commenced online services for examination-related processes starting on 15th of Magh, 2080, allowing students to apply for their academic certificates from the comfort of their homes, marking the university's first entry into online services in its 74-year history. According to Acting Vice-Chancellor Shivalal Bhusal, the inauguration took place with the click of a computer at the Examination Control Office in Balkhu. Following the launch, he expressed confidence in the success of the university's campaign to shift all examination-related tasks online. Previously, students had to physically visit the office for certificate-related services, but with the initiation of online services, tasks such as transcripts, provisional certificates, original certificates, re-evaluations, and certificate verifications can now be applied for online from home.
To utilize the services, students need to log in to the official website, upload their registration slip, and complete the necessary information for transcripts and additional services, paying the specified fees through designated bank accounts. The online submission will kickstart the service delivery process, and students will be notified upon completion. The collected certificates can be obtained from the respective regional examination control offices. The online services commenced on 15th Magh, 2080, with both online and offline services initially available during the transition period.
