The No Objection Letter (NOC) division of Ministry of Education, Kesharmahal has published notice in the interest of the students who are going to pursue their study in the different universities of Bangladesh.
A few Universities and colleges of Bangladesh have been suspended and kept in the black-list by the University Grants Commission, Nepal as well as the Ministry of Education of Bangladesh.
A letter has been received by the Ministry of Education of Nepal from the Dhaka located Embassy of Nepal for Bangladesh regarding the restriction to enroll in the listed universities.
Hence, It is informed to all the concerned parties to view the list of blacklisted Universities and act accordingly. The MOE shall not issue No Objection letter for enrollment in the blacklisted universities.
