Kathmandu Metropolitan City has announced the final examination schedule for basic-level education (Grade 8).
The examinations will commence in the upcoming Chaitra 7 and continue until the 14th of Chaitra.
Examination Time: 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM daily.

Important Notes:
- If any unforeseen holiday occurs on the scheduled exam date, the examination will proceed as scheduled unless Kathmandu Metropolitan City provides prior notice. No re-examination will be arranged for those who miss the exam.
- Institutional schools must deposit Rs. 300 per student as examination fee to the Education Department by 2081 Falgun 15 and submit the voucher along with the student details (community schools need only submit the student details).
- Internal evaluation for grades 4-8 should be conducted as per the Student Learning Internal Evaluation Criteria, 2080, and entered into IEMIS by 2081/11/22.
- If any school's IEMIS data for class 8 students is missing or needs correction, it must be updated between 2081/11/01 and 2081/11/05 as the IEMIS will be open during this period.
