Grade 12 Results Publishing Tomorrow: National Examination Board

The National Examination Board will publish the results of the Class 12 examinations tomorrow, provided there are no technical difficulties.

The board has completed the tasks of re-evaluation, review, and data entry following the marking of the answer sheets and is currently studying for any errors. According to a high-level source from the board, if there are no technical issues, the results will be published tomorrow. If there are technical problems, the results will be published the day after tomorrow.

The board conducted the Class 12 exams from Friday, April 26, to Monday, May 08. A total of 491,497 students from 5,542 schools participated in the exam. The exams were conducted in 1,526 exam centers, including one in Japan. For the first time this year, the board used an automated selection system to determine the exam centers.

The Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology, along with the board's technical team, developed software as a pilot project. For the first time, the exam centers in the Kathmandu district were selected using an automated (random) method.

The board has stated that the Class 12 results will be published according to the Letter Grading Directive 2078. The board has also stated that students who do not score at least 35% in the theoretical part of each subject will fail the exam.
