The National Examination Board (NEB) has issued a notice regarding the submission process for Grade 11 registration forms. Students enrolled in Grade 11 for the academic year 2081/82 must submit their registration forms by Kartik 15, 2081 (October 31, 2024) by paying the standard registration fee of NPR 400.
If students miss the initial deadline, they can still submit their forms by Kartik 30, 2081 (November 15, 2024) by paying a double fee of NPR 800. Schools are responsible for ensuring that all student registrations are completed and that the required documents are submitted to NEB by Mangsir 7, 2081 (November 22, 2024).
Key Details
- Students who have achieved a minimum GPA of 1.6 in the Secondary Education Examination (SEE), as specified by the Curriculum Development Center, are eligible for Grade 11 admission. The registration application form should be completed according to these criteria.
- A photocopy of the SEE (Grade 10) grade sheet, certified by the principal, must be attached to the registration application.
- Students intending to study additional subjects should specify these subjects on the registration form. The form must be completed personally by the student. The school will then enter the student's details online using the designated system, available from Kartik 4, 2081, to Mangshir 7, 2081, on the board's website: neb.gov.np, under "Registration (Grade 11)." All schools are requested to submit the registration forms online within this period.
- The board's website provides guidelines and a video tutorial for the online registration process. Schools and students are encouraged to refer to these resources for detailed instructions on completing the registration form.
- Schools that have recently obtained affiliation to teach Grade 11 must acquire a school code to enter student registration details online. To get this code, please contact the relevant board office.
