In this year's (2080) Secondary Education Examination (SEE), a total of 55,010 students from the Far Western Province are expected to participate, with 27,244 being male and 27,766 female, as reported by Krishna Bahadur Bohora, the Information Officer at the Far Western Province Directorate of Education Development. Bohora indicated that the province has allocated 211 examination centers, 211 center chiefs, and 374 assistant center chiefs distributed across its nine districts. The examination will be facilitated by 2,743 supervisors, 555 associate staff, and 15 scribes in each center, supported by 3,163 Nepal Police personnel and 1,095 student assistants, totaling 8,143 staff members.
Among the students participating are 18,720 from Kailali and 10,335 from Kanchanpur. Additionally, 5,087 students from Baitadi and 4,950 from Achham are slated to take the SEE examination. Furthermore, 4,380 students from Bajhang and 3,328 from Doti, and 2,934 from Bajura, are also participating. Darchula will contribute 2,750 students, and Dadeldhura will have 2,557 students sitting for the exam, as per information from the Directorate.
In Dadeldhura, where there are 12 examination centers, the Education Coordinating Committee has stated that 2,557 students will be examined, comprising 1,103 females and 1,254 males.
