Far Western University, Office of the Controller of Examinations, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, has issued a notice inviting applications for participation in its 6th Convocation Ceremony.
Students who have passed Bachelor’s, Master’s, and M.Phil. levels under the semester or annual examination system and obtained their transcripts between Falgun 19, 2081 BS and Chaitra 30, 2082 BS (March 3, 2025 to April 13, 2026) are eligible to participate. Additionally, those who have completed their PhD degree within the same period are also eligible.

Application Instructions:
- The online application form must be filled out carefully. All details entered must be correct.
- To participate in the conovcation ceremony, the graduation fee and the deposit for gown/scarf/cap must be paid online as follows:

- If a guardian is to be included, an additional non-refundable fee of NPR 250 per guardian must be paid online.
- To participate in the convocation ceremony, both the convocation fee and the deposit must be paid compulsorily.

Note:
Students who have received their transcripts between 2082/12/20 and 2082/12/30 BS can fill out the application form from 2083/01/02 to 2083/01/04 BS.
