Far Western University's 4th Convocation 2080: Application Now Open

Far Western University, Examination Controller Office, Mahendranagar, Kanchanpur, has officially announced the initiation of the application process for the 4th Convocation scheduled for the year 2080. This notification will apprise all eligible Bachelor's, Master's, and M.Phil. graduates of the procedural details for participating in this significant academic event.

Key Information:

• Application Start Date: January 31, 2024
• Application End Date: February 14, 2024

Eligible candidates must have successfully completed their respective programs and obtained their transcripts before applying.

Application Process:

Eligible students are encouraged to submit their applications through the official Far Western University website: https://convocation.fwu.edu.np. 

Application Instructions:

1. Online Form: Complete the online application form by following the provided instructions.
2. Name Submission: Nepali name submission should be in Nepali Unicode font, aligning with the details on the citizenship certificate.
3. Payment Verification: After submitting the form, upload a scanned copy of the payment voucher. Payments should be made to Account No. 15600106874669000001 at the Examination Control Office, Nepal Bank Limited.
4. Photograph and Voucher Submission: When collecting the gown, scarf, or cap, students must bring the original bank voucher and two MRP-sized photographs.
5. Eligibility Reminder: Applications from students who have not passed, are not on the grace list, or have failed to check the grace list will not be considered.
6. Guest Fee: An additional non-refundable fee of Rs. 250 per parent for guest attendance.
7. Convocation Details: Further information about the convocation ceremony schedule will be announced later.
8. Fees: Ensure the payment of the convocation fee and the bond to participate.

  • Gown/Scarf/Cap Deposit: Rs. 4000 (Refundable)
  • Total Payable: Rs. 5500

• Master's Graduates

  • Convocation Fee: Rs. 2000 (Non-refundable)
  • Gown/Scarf/Cap Deposit: Rs. 4000 (Refundable)
  • Total Payable: Rs. 6000

• M.Phil. Graduates

  • Convocation Fee: Rs. 2000 (Non-refundable)
  • Gown/Scarf/Cap Deposit: Rs. 4000 (Refundable)
