Exploring Business Model Canvas Strategies: Hult Prize Workshop at People's Campus

In an enlightening workshop conducted on February 2, 2024, Skill Lab's CEO, Nanda Kishor Mandal, guided participants through the intricacies of the 'Business Model Canvas.' The event, which attracted 106 participants eager to gain insights into this vital tool for startup success, took place at People's Campus.

The workshop commenced with a comprehensive presentation on the importance of the Business Model Canvas for startup ventures. Participants gained valuable insights into crafting effective business models for their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Following the insightful presentation, participants actively engaged in forming groups based on their unique business ideas. A total of 16 groups were created, each dedicated to exploring and refining their respective concepts.

Each group was given a focused 5-minute window to identify problems related to their business idea and collaboratively generate potential solutions. This interactive session facilitated critical thinking and innovative problem-solving.

In a unique segment, participants had the opportunity to share and receive feedback on their business ideas. A 15-minute cross-feedback session among groups provided a broader perspective, enriching the participants' understanding of the potential market for their ventures.

The workshop concluded on a high note, with each group presenting a meticulously crafted Business Model Canvas. This visual representation encapsulated the key elements of their business strategies, offering a comprehensive overview.
