Bagmati Province, Ministry of Social Development, Provincial Higher Education Council Secretariat, Hetauda has published the notice regarding the application form to establish and operate universities and recognized institutes in accordance with Sections 8 and 11 of the Provincial Higher Education Act (2078) and Rule 10 of the Provincial Higher Education Regulations (2079).
Bagmati Province Higher Education invites interested campuses and educational institutions that meet the stipulated standards and infrastructure criteria, particularly in the fields of health, information technology (including engineering), and law, as detailed in the schedule of the Provincial Higher Education Act of 2078 and Schedule 1 of the Education Regulations of 2079.
Application Submission Deadline
Interested campuses and educational institutions are required to submit their applications, along with the necessary documents as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations, within 30 days from this notice's publication date. The deadline for submission is Kartik 6, 2080 (or the first working day after any public holiday that falls on Kartik 6).

- Application Fee: NPR 1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees only)
This fee should be deposited into the revenue account of the Bagmati Province Government, Ministry of Social Development (Office Code 3500032013, Revenue Title No. 14224).
