The working committee at Pokhara University has fulfilled the positions of dean in three of its schools and has appointed Assistant Professor of School of Health and Allied Sciences Dr. Tulsiram Bhandari in the position of Controller of the Examinations. The appointments have been made as per Clauses 27 (2) and 27 (3) of the Pokhara University Act 2053 to be effective from Jestha 3, 2078 (May 17, 2021) and will be serving for the term of four years.
All four new appointees had been working in their capacities as assistant professors in different schools under Pokhara University. The newly appointed Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Rajesh Kumar had been working as an Assistant professor of the School of Engineering. Similarly, Dr. Amar Nagila, who has been appointed as the dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences had been working as the Assistant Professor of School of Health and Allied Sciences and Dr. Ajay Thapa, the dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences had been working as the Assistant professor of the School of Development and Social Engineering.
