  • Application Deadline and Fees (for students):
  1. Regular Fee Deadline: 24th of Magh, 2080
  2. Late Fee Deadline: 3rd of Falgun, 2080
  • Fee Structure:
  1. Diploma/Certificate Level: Rs. 300 for one subject; Rs. 150 for each additional subject. Late fee is double the regular fee.
  2. Pre-Diploma Level: Rs. 200 for one subject; Rs. 150 for each additional subject. Late fee applies as above.

Application Requirements:

  1. Complete Form Submission: Ensure all details in the exam application form are filled, including a recent passport-size photo with clear visibility of the candidate's face.
  2. Fee Payment: Examination fees must be paid as per the level of study. Late submissions require double the regular fee.
  3. Submission Guidelines: Along with the exam application, a certified printed copy of the aggregate form must be submitted to the provincial office, and a soft copy in Excel 7.0 format must be emailed to Diplomareg@gmail.com.
  4. Internal Evaluation: Candidates must pass the internal evaluation test to be eligible for the final exam. Details of the internal assessment must be included in the application.
  5. Registered Institution: For students registered from other institutions, the name of the institution must be specified in the form.
  6. Form Availability: The examination application form can be obtained from the CTEVT office and provincial offices. Forms must be submitted through the educational institution, not individually.

  • Regular Fee Submission: 3rd of Falgun, 2080
  • Late Fee Submission: 6th of Falgun, 2080
