The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), located in Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has issued a notice regarding the renewal of accreditation for diploma and certificate-level programs offered by its affiliated and constituent educational institutions for the upcoming academic year 2082/083.
As per the Council's regulations, all approved training programs must be renewed every two years. For the academic year 2082/083, CTEVT has determined that the current accreditation for listed institutions will remain valid until the upcoming academic session 2082/83.

- Submission Deadline with additional fee: Jestha 7, 2082 (May 21, 2025) all original documents submitted online must also be presented physically for late renewal
The documents required for the notarized program renewal include:
- A renewal application in the format prescribed by CTEVT's Accreditation and Quality Assurance Division for the fiscal year 2080/081, along with all documents related to the institution's registration and operational permit.
- Proof of income tax and other tax clearances up to the fiscal year 2080/081.
- For health-related programs, regarding the hospitals used for practical training, an official letter of approval from the relevant body stating the number of beds in the hospital as per the Council's minimum infrastructure directives and other criteria, the relevant professional council, and the provisions of the National Medical Education Act 2075, and the hospital's renewal letter or a letter from the concerned body indicating the renewal process (excluding government hospitals). Additionally, a letter indicating the priority of programs of institutions to which the hospital has agreed to provide practical training, the agreement letter, a document certifying the distance from the hospital to the institution, and a mandatory self-declaration letter from the hospital clearly stating whether or not the hospital is used for undergraduate or postgraduate level health-related programs.
- A letter of commitment stating that only the fees prescribed by the Council are being charged for training in the current academic session, and a copy of the program renewal card for the previous academic session 2081/082.
- Teaching institutions running Certificate-level Nursing programs and 3-year Certificate/Diploma-level health-related programs with their own 100-bed hospital must submit notarized documents officially stating the operation of their own 100-bed hospital.
- A copy of the affiliation approval letter received from the Council, and a copy of the relevant letter if there has been any name transfer, location transfer, name change, institutional merger, or ownership transfer.
- Only teaching institutions that have submitted the aforementioned proofs and documents and are deemed eligible based on the Technical Division's monitoring and evaluation must deposit the following amount in the Council Office's account at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, account number 1730100000009006. The institution's name and address must be clearly mentioned on the bank voucher when depositing the amount.
- The form with the details provided on the CTEVT Website: https://www.ctevt.org.np/ must be compulsorily attached along with the documents mentioned above. Applying electronically (ONLINE) must be sent only through the Quick Link on the Council's Website or https://www.tinyurl.com/ctevt8283, along with a letter of request on the institution's letterhead. Otherwise, the renewal will not be considered valid.
- Teaching institutions that have had their health-related Certificate/Diploma level programs upgraded or have received affiliation/approval to operate programs of the same level in the past academic sessions 079/080, 080/081, and 081/082 must renew their training programs by submitting the documents and fees as specified, including the program details.
- Institutions/hospitals must compulsorily submit a clear, current share register of the promoters or shareholder members from the institution's concerned registering body, details of the members of the institution's governing body, and certified copies of their citizenship certificates.

Note:
Institutions that have obtained affiliation/approval for short-term training programs can renew their programs by paying the regular fee within the time limit calculated according to the date mentioned in the affiliation/approval letter, and after that period, by paying a late fee (double the regular fee) as per the rules.
