According to Nepal Pharmacy Council Act 2057, Chapter 4 of Section 21, there is a provision that the educational institute needs to be recognized by Nepal Pharmacy Council to provide educational degree or certificate for subjects related to pharmacy.
It has been found that some of the educational institutes are running programs with permission from the different boards/Universities/CTEVT but not with council. Therefore, Nepal Pharmacy Council informs that the council will not be liable to register the name of those students obtaining educational degree/certificates from the institutes that is not recognized by the Nepal Pharmacy Council.
