The National Examination Board has issued a call for exam applications for both regular grade increments for Class 12 and grade increments for Class 11 candidates. In the year 2081, those with registration numbers ending in 76 and 77 from both Class 11 and Class 12 are required to submit their exam applications by the end of Magh, 2080 with standard fees and until the 15th of Falgun, 2080 with late fees.
The affiliated schools and campuses have gathered the forms, providing details of the deposited amounts through bank vouchers and digital payments. The deadline for submitting the application forms to the National Examination Board's respective office is within the 21st of Falgun, 2080.
For Class 12 regular exam applicants, a minimum grade of D in theoretical subjects and C in internal evaluation/practicals in all Class 11 subjects is necessary, with a registration number starting with 80. Along with the exam application form, they must attach the Class 11 grade sheet certified by the respective school from where they were enrolled in 2080.
The standard fee is Rs. 600 per student, increasing to Rs. 1,200 with the late fee. There is also a Rs. 75 charge per subject for practical exams. All fees must be deposited directly into the NEB's account, and late submissions will be disregarded. Exam centers are assigned, and no changes are permitted.
Detailed arrangements for practical exams in subjects like Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, and Hotel Management are outlined, with deadlines for completion and submission of marks. Grade improvement seekers must adhere to specific guidelines, including filing from the original school of examination.
External practical exams for Physics (1022/9132), Biology (2022/9102), Chemistry (3022/9112), Computer Science (4282/9152), and Hotel Management (4402) for Class 12 will be conducted by examiners appointed by the Board's respective office. The schedule for these exams will be coordinated with the principal of the respective school and finalized by the end of Chaitra in 2080. The online entry of obtained marks for these practical exams, along with hardcopy and softcopy submissions, should be completed by the 7th of Jestha in 2081 at the Board's respective office.
Grade increment applicants will only submit their application forms from the same school where they took the regular Class 12 exams. Forms filled out at different schools will be canceled. Those who studied the same subjects and groups in both Class 11 and Class 12 will only fill out the application form from the school where they studied both levels. If different subjects and groups are chosen, the mentioned subjects will automatically be canceled. No action will be taken for unsubmitted marks within the specified time.
