Pokhara University invites applications from the educational institutions of the seven provinces of the country that are interested in conducting under the affiliation of Pokhara University for the year 2079/80. Applications for the programs approved by Pokhara University must be submitted and the student seats will be determined accordingly.
Old affiliated colleges/campuses also can apply application for the addition of previous programs, the addition of groups, and an additional number of student seats. The application registration fee to be submitted to the university along with the application will not be refunded.

- New 20 colleges can be affiliated, Colleges from Gandaki province are prioritized.
- Application form distribution starts from Bhadra 30, 2079
- Application form submission deadline: Kartik 02, 2079 at 5 PM
- Application fee (for normal course): Rs.4,00,000 per course
- Application fee (for technical course): Rs. 6,00,000 per course
(Application can be submitted for only two courses)
For already affiliated colleges
- Application form distribution starts from Bhadra 30, 2079
- Application form submission deadline: Ashwin 09, 2079 at 5 PM
- Application fee (for normal course): Rs. 3,00,000 per course
- Application fee (for technical course): Rs. 4,50,000 per course
- For additional group, and students seats (for normal course): Rs. 1,50,0000
- For additional group, and students seats (for technical course): Rs. 1,80,0000
