Affiliation Application Open for Interested Institutions - Mid-West University

Under Section 155(1) of the Organizational and Administrative Regulations of Mid-West University, 2067 B.S., and the Educational Administrative Rules, 2069 B.S., as amended in Sub-section 2 of Section 3 of the same in 2079 B.S., the interested community, private, or cooperative-based educational institutions that have obtained prior affiliation with the university at the undergraduate and graduate levels in the existing academic programs or wish to operate new academic programs under a new affiliation are hereby notified to submit their application forms, duly certified, along with the fees mentioned in Schedule-2, to the concerned department or agency within 35 days of the publication of this notice. The fees must be deposited in the bank account of Mid-West University, account number 4080100016366001, of Rastriya Banijya Bank, along with the full bank voucher attached to the application form. Any application that has not been submitted in accordance with the decision of the Executive Council of Mid-Weste University dated 2079/12/27 or is received after the designated time will be deemed ineligible for consideration. You can download the procedure and sample application form related to this from HERE.
