National Examination Board (NEB), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has published the academic calendar of grade 11 and grade 12 for the year 2081/82. NEB has advised all affiliated secondary schools to adhere to the calendar.
Key Details of Registration Form
Registration Form Distribution Date
- Registration forms should be distributed to the students who have been admitted to grade 11 within 2081 Ashoj 15.
Registration Form Submission Deadline
- Date for form fillup: 2081 Kartik 15
- Date for form fillup with added fee: 2081 Kartik 30
Registration Card Distribution
- The board will distribute the registration card to the colleges till 2081 Mangsir 28
Exam Form Details
Exam Form Distribution
- Exam forms will be distributed to the respective schools/colleges for grade 12 students from Poush 01, 2081.
Exam Form Filling Deadline
- Colleges should collect the filled-up form for partial/grade increments of grade 11 students and regular and partial/grade increments between Poush 29, 2081.
Exam Form Filling Deadline with Double Fee
- Students should fill up the form between 2081 Magh 15 with a double fee, and the colleges should submit the form to the board by 2081 Magh 30.

Examination Time
- The timetable for the annual examination of class 12 regular, partial/grade increment, and class 11 (partial/grade increment) students to be conducted in the month of Baisakh will be published by the 2081 Falgun 1.
Examination Center
- The examination center for the examination to be conducted in the month of Baisakh, 2082 of class 12 Annual and Class 11 (Partial/Grade Increase) will be determined by the 2081 Falgun 15.
Admit Card Distribution
- Admit Cards will be distributed to respective colleges till Chaitra 31, 2081.

Annual Examination Dates
- The grade 12 annual examinations will be conducted in the 2082 Baishakh 11, onwards.
- The grade 11 partial/grade increment exam will be conducted after grade 12 examination and will be completed by Jestha last 2082.
Grade Increment Examination Date
- Class 12 grade increment examination will be conducted from 2082 Bhadra 30 onwards
Publication of Results
Annual Examination Result
- The results of the annual examination of class 12 will be published by the 2082 Sharwan 15.
Grade Increment Examination Result
- The results of the partial/grade increment of class 12 will be published within 2082 Kartik 15.
Retotaling
- Retotattling Application: within 2082 Sharwan 30.
- Retotalling Result Publication: within 2082 Bhadra 15
Pre-requisite Course Program
- Registration application form fill up and submission: from 2081 Bhadra 21.
- Exam Application form fill up and submission: Ashoj 7, 2081
- Examination Date: 2081 Ashoj 13 onwards
- Result Publication: till the 2081 Kartik 26
- Grade increment exam: 2081 Mangsir 8.
- Grade increment exam result: Within 2081 Mangsir 14.
