Aarambha College is rapidly establishing itself as a premier educational institution in Chitwan, a region evolving into an academic hub. Located in Bharatpur, the heart of Chitwan, the college commenced operations in Bhadra in 2080. B.S. A Promising Start in Education
Founded in 2022 (2079 B.S.) by ten education enthusiasts—five from Chitwan and five from Kathmandu—Aarambha College is backed by an experienced management team with over two decades of expertise in the education sector. The college offers two undergraduate programs under Tribhuvan University’s affiliation: Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) and Bachelor of Information Management (BIM), with an annual intake of 132 students.
Welcoming the New Batch
Aarambha College recently welcomed its 2081 batch of students with an orientation program at Royal Tiger Luxury Resort, Sauraha. College Principal Suraj Shivakoti highlighted the enthusiastic participation of newly admitted students in the event. He emphasized the institution's commitment to fostering academic excellence and professional skills.
Modern Infrastructure & Facilities
Spanning 10,000 square feet, Aarambha College operates from a five-story, fully air-conditioned campus. An additional building of the same size accommodates seminar halls, a library, and specialized labs. The college also plans to construct futsal, basketball, and swimming pool facilities to enhance student life.
Furthermore, Aarambha College has partnered with local and international organizations to provide internship and career opportunities, aligning with its "Earn While You Learn" model.
Collaboration with Local Bodies & Industries
To make quality education accessible, Aarambha College has collaborated with local government bodies to implement scholarship programs. It has also engaged with the private and industrial sectors to facilitate skill-based training and employment.
In response to Chitwan’s growing reputation as a healthcare and tourism hub, Aarambha College is working to position the region as an IT and educational hub. It has already partnered with Idea Studio, LeadX Nepal, Fourth Valley Concierge Japan, and the Robotics Association of Nepal, among others.
Outstanding Academic Performance
Exceptional academic results have further strengthened Aarambha College’s reputation. In its first year, BHM student Ngawang Bamjan Tamang topped the district with a 3.92 GPA, securing the fifth position nationwide. Similarly, Nebika Mainali secured the second position in the district with a 3.91 GPA, followed by Ojaswi Acharya (3.81), Angita Adhikari (3.78), Sandhya Gole (3.75), and Arsiya Banu (3.69).
