The Nepal Health Professionals Council will conduct a computer-based registration certificate examination for the Health Assistant License Exam.
All health professionals must be registered with their respective councils to work in health institutions within Nepal. The Nepal Health Professionals Council (NHPC) manages and regulates the services of health professionals other than doctors, nurses, and pharmacy professionals.
Each question will have four answers. One of the appropriate answers must be marked. There will be no negative marks for incorrect answers.

Candidates must enter the examination center approximately 2 hours before the examination time, as their admission card, photograph, signature, and fingerprint will be checked before the exam starts. No entry to the exam hall will be allowed 15 minutes after the exam has begun.
Candidates must bring an identity card, such as a citizenship certificate, passport, driving license, or original government-issued ID. It is prohibited to bring and wear any electronic devices, including mobile phones, calculators, watches of any type, and jewelry, in the examination hall. Examination fees will not be refunded for missed exams.
The examination results will be declared after all exams of the specified subject and level are completed. If dissatisfied with the result, candidates can apply for re-examination within thirty days, and the result will be provided within seven days of the last application date.

Students who have studied outside Nepal must submit a study consent letter from the Medical Education Commission to obtain a registration number from the NHPC.
