PP Prasai Foundation Excellence in Education Teachers Award 2019

PP Prasai Foundation call for application for 8th PP Prasai Foundation Excellence in Education Teachers Award 2019. 

The foundation will select one best teacher for National Education Prize and will get the cash prize of Rs 100,000 and also will select best teachers from each of the seven provinces with cash prize of Rs. 50,000 along with educational materials worth NRs 10,000 to the respective schools. 

Interested and qualified applicant should fill the application form compulsory. 

Important information to be filled:

Teacher/Principal's personal details: Teachers's name, date of birth, gender, permanent address, temporary address, email and mobile number. 

Qualification detail: educational level , name of academics, year of completion, major subject of study, passed division, teaching experience, teacher's level and category, teaching interval, name of school where s/he working, teaching subject, teacher's training, known language, recognition/award, interest/specialty, annual achievement for the specific teaching subject. 

Documents to be submitted:

• Recommendation from School Management Committee
• Copy of citizenship certificate
• Educational and training certificate
