
Purbanchal University has announced the date for its 14th Convocation Ceremony, set to honor graduates from M.Phil., postgraduate, and undergraduate programs.
Event Details:
To participate in the event, students are required to collect their gown, scarf, and cap according to the schedule below.
Students have also been informed that the gown sets must be returned after the completion of the convocation ceremony.
a) Date: The gown must be compulsorily returned from Baisakh 09 to Baisakh 15, 2083.
b) Time: From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
c) Venue: Purbanchal University Examination Management Office, Pushpalal Chowk, Biratnagar
d) The security deposit will be refunded only after the gown, scarf, and cap have been returned.
e) In case of any damage to the gown, scarf, or cap, a minimum amount of NPR 300, NPR 300, and NPR 400 respectively will be deducted from the security deposit.
f) To receive the refund, students must submit the original fee payment receipt along with a completed Security Deposit Refund Slip. The refund amount will be deposited into the concerned individual’s bank account.
This notice is intended for all eligible students across various faculties who have already submitted their application forms to participate in the convocation.
