Prithvi Narayan Campus, a QAA Certified Institution, Accredited by UGC, Nepal is going to organize  2020 International Conference: Current and Future Directions in Research, Theory and Practice from 9th April to 10th of April 2020 at Prithvi Narayan Campus,Pokhara Metropolitan City. 

Overview

The 2020 International Conference: Current and Future Directions in Research, Theory and Practice brings together the international community of researchers, academicians and professionals from multiple disciplines to present the latest research topics and explore opportunities in the areas of humanities & social sciences, management & law, education and science & technology.

The conference serves the purpose of promoting strong connections between research, theory and practice and explores different perspectives on the application of research findings into practice. It provides an interdisciplinary platform for policy makers, top managers, researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the related fields.

Fortunately, this year is Visit Nepal 2020. The Government of Nepal has declared 2020 as the Visit Nepal Year. You’ll experience Nepal’s unique features from the highest mountains in the world to living cultures, gods and goddesses as it is home to a rich heritage, adventure, diversity and natural resources. Nepal is also an ultimate destination for travelers and adventure seekers. You’re welcome to visit us and at the same time explore Nepal’s unique trip.

Conference Theme, Academic Areas & Topics

The conference will cover four major academic areas such as humanities & social sciences, management & law, education and science & technology while addressing the common theme “current and future directions in research, theory and practice”. Topics for the conference revolve around the linkages between research, theory and practice, promoting and disseminating research with a focus on contemporary practice and its theoretical context. The conference features the following topics under four tracks; topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

Keynote Speakers 

There will be two keynote speakers in the conference: domestic and foreign nationals of high profile academic records. Both will address to the plenary session of the conference.

  • Dr. Suresh Raj Sharma, Professor and Former Vice-Chancellor of Kathmandu University
  • Dr. Tom Robertson, Professor and Executive Director, Fulbright Commission to Nepal
