This year 2069 (2012-13) has been the year that has marked 50 years of Nepal Engineers\' Association (NEA\'s) relentless journey towards prosperous Nepal. All engineers contributed to celebrate golden jubilee of NEA that was successfully organized with grandeur on Shravan 3, 2069 BS.Now, NEA is poised to organize its yet another gala event, the 13th National Convention on Baishakh 15 – 17, 2070 (April 28 – 30, 2013) in Kathmandu. The main theme of the convention is :
“Culminating Engineers’ Vision and Wisdom for Connecting Transition to the Prosperous Future” This theme has been divided into following six (6) sub-themes.

- Energy Development, the Engine of Nepal’s Growth
- Urban Development for Tomorrow
- Infrastructure Development to Re-unite Nepal
- Digitalizing for modernizing Nepal
- Irrigation, Disaster Management and R&D
