MDS Oral Pathology is a 3- year postgraduate course involving different disciplines of dentistry.  MDS in Oral Pathology is the science of dentistry that explores on an advanced level, the nature, characteristics, cause, effects and diagnoses of diseases affecting the oral and maxillofacial regions and study of the immune system, facilitating appropriate treatment of the same. The course aims to provide competence to students in dealing with the nature of oral diseases, their causes and effects.

Total fee for the program is NRS. 22,50,000


Admission criteria

  1. The applicants must download the application form from www.dhulikhelhospital.org
  2. Completed application form along with the photocopies of the BDS degree, Internship Certificate, Nepal Medical Council registration certificate, citizenship certificate and bank voucher of specified amount (non-refundable) deposited in the name of KUSMS must be submitted to the Dean's office, School of Medical Sciences.

Eligibility

  • BDS or equivalent degree from a recognized university
  • Full registration (temporary / permanent registration) with Nepal Medical Council
  • Admission will be on the basis of Entrance Examination and interview
