We work and play with individuals who have perceptions, thoughts, and feelings. Understanding feelings, talking about feelings, and managing feelings- are among the greatest challenges of being human. That is why, our ability (or inability) to manage ourselves and our relationships is one of the key determinants of the quality of our personal as well as professional life. This course is designed as a self-reflective learning experience that aims to help participants identify and understand reasons why we get entangled in interpersonal relationship problems and how we can get out of them to enjoy greater peace, understanding, and growth within ourselves and in our relationships with others.
Who it is for?
This course is designed to help working professionals who rely on people management to be effective in their roles. Individuals who lead teams in their organizations and are interested in developing the mindset and supporting skills to nurture positive relationships both in their personal and professional lives will benefit from the course.
