In the Barista Skills Crash Course affiliated to CTEVT, participants will acquire the essential skills necessary to excel in the barista career path. Insightful lessons on dialling in a grinder to recipe, pouring espresso, and foaming and texturing milk are provided by expert coffee connoisseurs. A deeper understanding of the coffee journey from farm to cup, including its varieties, processing, harvesting techniques, and their impact on flavor, will be gained.

Participants will master the creation of an espresso coffee recipe from scratch, learning to produce a balanced espresso and identify roasting levels and tastes to adjust the recipe accordingly. Further training will be provided on espresso machines, grinders, and specialty coffee brewing equipment such as the aeropress, V60 coffee dripper, Chemex, and French press.

The course comprehensively covers everything needed to thrive within the hospitality industry and emphasizes the finer details of excellent customer service.

The course fees is Rs. 25,000 exclusive of CTEVT certification fee. However, participants are required to pay additional fees to get a Level 1 CTEVT certificate.
