The curriculum is structured in a modular format, allowing learners to progress systematically through the content. It emphasizes the practical application of skills, with 80% of the training dedicated to developing competencies and 20% to related technical knowledge. By focusing on competent performance, the program ensures that trainees are well-equipped to meet the demands of the industry.

The primary aim of the program is to produce skilled baristas who can contribute to poverty reduction initiatives in Nepal and meet the growing demand for a technical workforce in the country and abroad. By linking trainees to employment opportunities, the curriculum aims to provide them with the necessary skills to not only secure employment but also create their own entrepreneurial ventures.

Upon successful completion of the training, graduates will be proficient in various aspects of the barista role, including maintaining safety precautions in a café, preparing hot and cold beverages, handling food and pastries, maintaining hygiene standards, displaying food and beverages attractively, performing opening and closing activities, and ensuring the proper maintenance of café machinery and equipment.

By achieving these objectives, the training program equips individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge to pursue employment opportunities within Nepal and beyond, making a valuable contribution to the national workforce and the economic development of the country.

Basic Barista Course

The Basic Barista Course generally spans three weeks. The Basic Barista Training course is for anyone who wants to learn how to produce a range of beverages, including cappuccino, latte, espresso, hot chocolate, smoothies, tea, and many more. The trainee will be trained to use an espresso machine, coffee grinder, and other equipment, providing them with the skills required to prepare these drinks to a high level.

This comprehensive program is meticulously designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of barista skills, covering essential aspects of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and customer service. Advanced Barista Course

The Advanced Barista Course is specially designed for coffee enthusiasts. The This program offers an immersive experience in the art of coffee preparation. The Advanced Barista Training course is designed for those who wish to master the art of creating a wide array of sophisticated beverages, including specialty cappuccinos, intricate latte art, gourmet espresso, signature hot chocolates, innovative smoothies, premium teas, and more. Participants will receive in-depth training on advanced techniques for using espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other specialized equipment. 

This course will equip trainees with the expertise needed to craft these drinks to an exceptional standard, ensuring high professional competence. Guided by experienced baristas, participants delve into advanced techniques, espresso artistry, and coffee bean knowledge. The course includes practical sessions in a well-equipped Barista Lab, providing a dynamic learning environment.
