Fee

The fee for the BABM program at the college is structured into two components: College Fee and University Fee.

College Fee

The total college fee for the four-year program is Rs. 8,60,000, broken down as follows:

  • Admission Fee: Rs. 1,40,000, paid as a one-time, non-refundable fee at the time of admission.
  • Semester Fee: Rs. 1,20,000 per semester for the first six semesters (Years 1–3), totaling Rs. 7,20,000. The 7th and 8th semesters are dedicated to internship, for which costs are charged separately.

University Fee

In addition to the college fee, students are required to pay a university fee directly to Sripatum University (SPU) in USD:

  • Registration Fee: US$ 200 (one-time, paid at the time of registration)
  • Annual Fee: US$ 350 per year for all four years, totaling US$ 1,400
  • Total University Fee: US$ 1,600

Additional Charges

The fees mentioned above do not cover the following, which are charged separately:

  • Thesis Fee: NPR 20,000, payable at the time of registering for the 8th semester internship and project report.
  • Orientation & Recreation Fee: NPR 10,000 (one-time).
  • Resit/Retake Fee: In case of failing a subject, a resit fee of US$ 40 and a retake/report fee of US$ 200 per semester will be charged.
  • Other Costs: Internship, convocation, exposure visits, and reports are not included in the above fee structure.
