Library

SWSMT provides a conveniently accessible on-campus library that goes beyond physical books and newspapers. The library also offers subscriptions to electronic databases, granting users the ability to access a wide range of online resources, including full-text articles and e-books. These electronic resources are available to current students, faculty, and staff, ensuring their access to valuable information.

Computer Lab

The library at SWSMT is equipped with computer stations, ensuring students have access to adequate computing resources. Priority is given to students who are conducting research and working on class assignments. It's important to note that students are not permitted to install software on these computers.

Southwestern Academic Research Center

Recognizing the crucial role of research and data in various sectors, especially in education, the Group established SWARC as a platform for generating primary educational data and sharing educational information through seminars, workshops, and publications. Under the leadership of Dr. Jayahari Raj Pandey as the Chairperson and Dr. Krishna Bahadur Karki as the Vice Chairperson, the Center has successfully conducted numerous surveys, seminars, and publications, including the completion of a book.

Sports Events

SWSMT organizes a diverse range of sporting events to cater to the interests of their students. Students have the opportunity to participate in various sports, including football, basketball, tennis, badminton, and chess competitions. These sporting events not only promote physical fitness but also foster a sense of teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy competition among the students. Business Events

SWSMT hosts various business events, including a Business Plan Competition, Creative Writing competitions, Mock Interview Sessions, and Product Dumb Charades. These events provide students with valuable opportunities to showcase their entrepreneurial skills, creativity, interview abilities, and teamwork.

Social Events

SWSMT organizes a variety of social events to promote engagement and community involvement. These events include public speaking sessions, walkathons, blood donation programs, and waste material management initiatives. Through these activities, students have the chance to enhance their public speaking skills, contribute to worthy causes, and actively participate in environmental sustainability efforts. SWSMT recognizes the importance of fostering social responsibility and providing platforms for students to make a positive impact on society.
