The Bachelors in International Culinary Arts (BICA) at Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management is a professionally designed four-year degree tailored for students who are passionate about food production and aspire to work in the global culinary industry.
This eight-semester program blends academic learning with hands-on training. Six semesters are delivered at Silver Mountain’s fully equipped campus in Lainchaur, Kathmandu, while the fifth and eighth semesters are dedicated to industry internships at luxury hotels in Nepal or abroad.
