The goal of the three-year Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) program is to produce middle-level technical nurses with nursing knowledge and skills. To work as a staff nurse in Nepal's healthcare system, you must have this education. Our nursing programs are designed to prepare students to work as knowledgeable and generous healthcare providers. Our classes give students a solid base in both nursing theory and practice, along with an understanding of the broader healthcare system. Clinical rotations, where students gain hands-on experience with patients while being supervised by a licensed nurse or other healthcare professional, are also included in nursing curricula.  The purpose of these experiences is to assist students in gaining the clinical skills and judgment needed to deliver safe, efficient care to patients, as well as to prepare them for the practical aspects of nursing practice.
