The Bachelor of Hospitality and Catering Management (BHCM) program requires 144 credit hours over four years and eight semesters. Through a unique educational system, qualified instructors, seminars, workshops, and industry visits, it offers the concepts and procedures related to managing multicultural teams, international marketing, food preparation and service, financial analysis, accounting, front office operations, and hotel and restaurant operations.
Candidates seeking admission in the college must pass entrance tests of Purbanchal University as well as college’s group discussion and interview. The final and ultimate decision regarding the admission is taken by addition committee.
