Program	Minimum Requirement
MBA	Bachelor or equivalent in any stream from recognized boards or universities with a minimum of 45% or 2.0 CGPA
MHM	Bachelor or equivalent in any stream from a recognized board or university with a minimum of 45% or 2.0 CGPA (If the graduate is from other streams non-credit course should be taken or two years of experience in hospitality industries is required)
BBA/BHM/BHCM	+2 or equivalent in any stream from recognized board or university with minimum 2nd Division
BID	+2 or equivalent in any stream from recognized board or university with minimum 2nd Division.
BE Civil/ B. Arch	+2 in Science/ Intermediate in Science/ intermediate in Engineering from a recognized board or university with minimum 45%.

Admission Procedures

Candidates seeking admission to this college must pass entrance tests of Purbanchal University as well as the college's group discussion and interview. The final & ultimate decision regarding the admission is taken by the admission committee.

SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

Kantipur International College since its establishment has attempted to make higher education accessible for minorities, underprivileged, poor students from every corner of the country. The scholarship is provided in various categories in each program. But, to get a scholarship the students must submit the original/authentic document of certification.

The Kantipur International College also has got motivational scholarship packages for the students having outstanding results in the HSEB examination and the entrance test topper.

Kantipur International College (KIC) was established in 2000 A.D. and is currently running its programs at two different locations in the Kathmandu valley. Kantipur International College of Management is situated at New Baneshwor, the center of Kathmandu Valley, and the College of Science & Technology & the College of Liberal Arts are located in the peaceful suburb of Lalitpur district.

Kantipur International College is persevering to instill quality education to its students in order to resource the job market with skilled, efficient, dedicated &qualified professionals in diverse fields. Along with a team of dedicated, highly educated, and professional faculty members, KIC has been offering various courses as per the demands of modern society and the country.

The foundation program of Kantipur International College is Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) commenced in 2000 A.D. with the motto of providing job-oriented professional education to cater the qualified, well-trained professionals to Hotel industries, especially in Nepal as well to fulfill the lack of hospitality education in the country. That is why today KIC is one of the market leaders in the hospitality management discipline. After its success in BHM, Kantipur International College introduced Bachelor in Interior Design (BID) in 2003 A.D. for the first time in Nepal and has remained the only program in interior designing. Once again, with BID, KIC proved itself as an innovator in the education sector in the country.

In 2006, Kantipur International College launched Bachelor in Hospitality Management (BHCM) to fulfill the need of Hospitality & Catering professionals in the industry. Regarding this subject, KIC is the first & only college providing Hospitality & Catering education in Nepal. Continuing the innovative journey, KIC introduced a Master's program in Hospitality Management for the first namely Master of Hospitality Management (MHHM) in 2009 realizing the extreme need for professional educators & managerial level professionals in the education sector & hospitality sectors respectively. The same year, Kantipur International College started Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) followed by Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2010 to provide skill-based management knowledge assimilating the growing needs of management leaders in the world. Besides the management and humanities program, KIC established the College of Science and Technology in 2010. Under this stream currently, KIC is running Bachelor of Civil Engineering & Bachelor in Architecture.
