Message from the Principal

Toya Narayan Poudel

It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you all on the premises of the Himalayan WhiteHouse International College, School of Science and Technology. We are proceeding ahead with the motto of “Quality Education for The Nation” creating the fully conducive environment for skill manpower. The educational scenario around the globe is constantly changing, and has been welcoming new sorts of practices and programs. Technical education plays the vital role in changing society and quality of life. Considering the necessity of the modern era our college has been conducting technical as well as management programs. With the committed and qualified faculties, along with the top-notch technical minds and skills, our college aims to provide quality education. Education is not just a process of giving knowledge and ethics but to guide one’s life in a right path creating the job opportunity oneself or exploring the new idea in this challenging world.

I would like to urge the aspirant of the technical education that they have to start keeping the deep interest of changing them as “The starting point of all achievement is desire”, when one desires he/she certainly meets the targets. Here in this college, we nurture our students to become confident, compassionate, and enthusiastic about the many opportunities that the world has to offer. They become resilient problem-solvers who see the world with discerning, thoughtful and compassionate eyes. They are not only the local citizens but also the global citizens ready to take on the world and accept any new challenges that the world will throw at them in this period of globalization. They learn today, so that they will lead tomorrow, what we expect. An engineer should have ethical principles and professionalism. He/she should be administrator, manager, entrepreneur and many more. So, here in this college one can soar enjoying other faculties and spectrum which is essential in this competitive era.

Thus, I would provide warm reception to you all who have the keen interest of cherishing the dreams of technical graduates and masters. I urge all parents/ guardians/ well-wishers not to hesitate to visit us in college premises at Putalisadak, Kathmandu. We will provide not the fish but the fishing rod and skill, which supports the learners in their entire life.
