A four-year Bachelor in Business Studies degree is offered by Tribhuvan University. The BBS program at the FOM is designed with the notion that graduates will spend the majority of their careers working in a constantly changing environment. As a result, the student should have a broad understanding of the concepts and skills that support organizational functioning and management. Students should be prepared to work as a manager in business, industry, or government after graduation. Furthermore, the graduate should be able to choose from a number of career choices, including entrepreneurship, and create much-needed jobs for others.
The BBS program seeks to
- Provide students with the required conceptual knowledge of business and administration in order for them to develop a general management perspective.
- Develop in students the required attitudes, talents, and practical skills that will serve as a foundation for their growth as competent and responsible business leaders.
- Encourage students to develop entrepreneurial abilities so that they can have a positive impact on Nepalese society.
- Develop the necessary foundation for advanced management courses before pursuing careers in teaching, research, or consulting.
