BALLB program is structured to equip students with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the legal profession, both nationally and internationally, while also understanding the broader social, economic, and political issues that shape the law.

BALLB at GSL is run in a highly facilitated educational environment under the direct supervision and management of senior professors and academicians with track records in legal education, court practices, legal research, and mentorship.  

The program integrates the study of law with core subjects in the arts, such as political science, history, sociology, economics, and more, enabling students to understand the interdisciplinary nature of law and its practical application. 

  • Lectures & Seminars: Delivered by experienced faculty, with guest lectures from judges and legal experts.
  • Presentations: Students complete term papers on diverse subjects and defend them in formal presentations evaluated by expert faculty.
  • Case Studies: Emphasis on real-life legal cases to enhance practical understanding.
  • Interactive Learning: Group discussions, presentations, and role-playing exercises to develop critical thinking.
  • Moot Court & Mock Trials: Hands-on training in advocacy, legal research, and writing.
  • Legal Aid Clinics: Opportunities to assist underprivileged communities with legal issues.
  • Outreach & Exposure: Annual visits to courts, prisons, and enterprises for real-world legal insights, followed by project presentations.
