ABOUT
Bhanubhakta Multiple Campus (BMC), established in 1988 (2045 BS), is a leading community campus in Tanahun district. It is located at Suklagandaki Municipality-5, Khaireni, Belchautara of Tanahun district, 25km away from Pokhara.
BMC came into existence through collective endeavor of distinguished academicians, social workers, political figures and general public from the community. Founded with the motto of disseminating quality education basically to the students coming from underprivileged and marginalized groups as well as middle class backgrounds at affordable Cost.
Bhanubhakta Multiple Campus has been running BBS, B.Ed and M.Ed, affiliated to Tribhuvan University. Currently 449 students are studying in Bhanu Bhakta Multiple Campus, Khaireni,BelChautara; 170 in B.Ed, 270 in BBS, and 9 in M.Ed program.
Situated in a peaceful environment, Bhanubhakta Multiple Campus spreads over 259 ropanis of land. The campus has excellent infrastructure with well stocked library, computer lab and well furnished classrooms. BMC has also been selected under Scheme ‘C’ for the Second Higher Education Project of University Grant Commission on national level assessment. UGC supports about 9 lakhs rupees every year. Well managed library has been also constructed with the support of UGC.
