Minimum Qualification needed to become Associate Professor

PhD in relevant discipline and minimum six years teaching experience at Assistant Professor level  with minimum two recognized research publications at the level of Assistant Professor; Professional contribution or

PhD in relevant discipline and minimum ten years research or industrial experiences in recognized institution with minimum two recognized research publication.
