Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of International Relations and Diplomacy (DIRD) announces admission open for MA in International Relations and Diplomacy

The DIRD Program offers both theoretical and practical knowledge in International Relations and Diplomacy. The entire Course is highly participatory and students are expected to interact actively in the classroom discussions and periodic seminars, workshops, internships, and research exposures in both China and India.

Eligibility 

Passed Bachelor level or equivalent from Tribhuvan University or any academic institute recognized by Tribhuvan University. 3-Year Bachelor level students who have passed the first and second years and waiting for third-year results and/or 4-year bachelor-level students who have passed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year examinations and waiting for the 4th year results can also apply and participate in the entrance examination. These students should submit a Bachelor level passed academic certificate during enrollment.

  • Entrance Examination
    • Time: 1 PM onwards 
    • Full Marks: 100
    • Total Questions: 50 MCQs (The multiple choice questions will be based on bachelor level curriculum of the respective subjects)
    • Result of Entrance exam: Falgun 4, 2079 for regular subjects and Falgun 5, 2079 for programs run by internal sources (Self-sustainable programs)
