Fishtail Mountain School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Management, located at the tourism heart of the country, Pokhara, announces admissions open in Diploma in International Professional Culinary Arts.

The Diploma in International Professional Culinary Arts, or DICA, is a program intended specifically for students who desire to specialize in food production. Students who have finished their SEE are eligible to enroll in the DICA program.

DICA is a two-year curriculum with four semesters, with three of them held at Fishtail Mountain School of Hospitality, Tourism, and Management. Students complete their internships at luxury hotels for the last semester (fourth). Students will receive a Triple Certificate Program after completing their fourth semester (Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts from American Hospitality Academy, USA, Fishtail Mountain & Commercial Cooking & Baking Course from CTEVT, Nepal)
