Madhesh University Faculty of Law and Public Administration has published a notice to fill out entrance exam forms for the five-year Bachelor's level BA LLB and the four-year BPAM (Bachelor in Public Administration & Management) programs for the academic session 2081/82.

The faculty is conducting these programs (on a semi-annual examination system) with 110 seats available for the School of Law Campus and 55 seats for the School of Arts Campus.
The entrance exam will be conducted, and students will be admitted based on merit among the candidates who pass the entrance exam.

Educational Qualification Required to Apply for the Entrance Exam: Only those who have passed the proficiency certificate (+2) or equivalent from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal can apply. However, students who have already completed a Bachelor's in Law are not eligible to apply.

- 25 objective questions with a weight of 1 mark each (total 25 marks)
- 3 long subject-specific questions with a weight of 10 marks each (total 30 marks)
- 5 short subject-specific questions with a weight of 5 marks each (total 25 marks)
- Oral exam (total 20 marks)

BPAM:
- 20 objective questions with a weight of 1 mark each (total 20 marks)
- 2 long subject-specific questions with a weight of 20 marks each (total 40 marks)
- 4 short subject-specific questions with a weight of 5 marks each (total 20 marks)
- Oral exam (total 20 marks)
Required Documents for Submitting Application Forms:
- Copies of mark sheets and character certificates of proficiency certificate level or equivalent.
- For students who studied in institutions other than Nepal, a copy of the equivalence certificate.
- Three recent passport-sized photos.
Note: The decision of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Law and Public Administration will be final regarding any subject related to the entrance exam.
